    Ann McFerran is a true hustler, she hustled her way to the top with sheer determination, a bootstrap budget and a plan.
    Ann is originally from Thailand, she moved to the USA with her mother when she was seven years old. Today she is a multi-millionaire and a well-respected influencer in the beauty industry.
    Ann is the CEO of Glamnetics, an innovative magnetic false eyelash company that she built from the ground up.
    in 2019, Ann met 11 girls on Bumble BFF and invited them to her Los Angeles apartment to do their makeup and take pictures. The idea for the meetup was to build an arsenal of images for her eyelash startup, Glamnetics.
    McFerren launched the business in 2019 and without any external investment, she hustled her way to $50 million in sales in 2020.

    Ann utilised her following on Instagram to promote her products. She spent hours sending DMs and personally thanking each customer who purchased her product.
    “I just had the mindset that I needed to save every dollar, even though the company was profitable…I was in do or die mode for so long.”
    Ann managed Glamnetics alone from the beginning however, the company currently employs more than 70 employees and has sold more than 100,000 products since its inception in 2019.
    Glamnetics now offers press-on nails in addition to magnetic false eyelashes. Anne says:
    “Any trendy nail that comes up, we’re immediately following them and launching them…that’s what I felt was missing in the nail industry, almost a fast fashion of nails.”
    Ann McFerran is determined, focused, hard-working with an admirable head for business and marketing. She learned about supply chain management, business marketing and the false eyelash industry by reading, watching YouTube videos and spending hours taking courses on Coursera and Udemy.
    Her strategy was smart, low-cost and effective. She built the Glamnetic Instagram page by posting memes to build her audience. By July 2019, she had 30k followers on Instagram and she was ready to start pushing for sales. She made $20,000 in her first month.
    Ann continues to run her business and pull in more than $1million a month in sales.
